Zeritis Group announces the lease of 700 m2 at the Zeritis Business Park | Szentendre, an industrial and logistics plot ideally located by Route 11 at Dózsa György út 22.
Housed on Building B, a newly renovated space in a large industrial building which is being converted gradually into a commercial asset having suitable private parking area of 220 m2, the tenant aims to continue the heritage of the highly successful gym and sports center of Giant Fitness, previously located at Kőzúzó Street in Szentendre.
Adam Kajos and Viktória Téglás, both renown Hungarian personal trainers and fitness instructors, met while preparing for sport competitions, and realized they had a lot in common. After Adam won the second place in the World Cup, they decided to establish Giant Fitness in Szentendre, which was located in Kőzúzó Street.
Adam Kajos commented: “Giant Fitness became so popular, that we realized we should rent a bigger place. We heard there was room for rent in the old Paper Mill. We knew it was the best place in Szentendre, because it is ideally located and easily accessible, while the training room is 5 times bigger than the size of our present gym. Our followers can’t wait for the opening of the new gym, and we would really like to please them. We aim to triple the number of season ticket holders and we’ll try to establish a large sports community together.”
