Zeritis Group has signed a 10-year lease with Industry 2 Pack (i2p), a company specialized in warehousing/3PL services. This lease agreement initiates the utilization of a building with 8.000 m2 rentable space, which will be gradually renovated by Zeritis Group. The tenant aims to perform significant renovation works in order to upgrade the leased area.
