Zeritis Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Konstantinos Karagiannis as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective January 1^st, 2018. He will succeed in the position the late Founder of the Group, Mr. Panos Zeritis.

Mr. Karagiannis overtakes after his successful tenure as Group CFO, where he was responsible for streamlining cash flows and leading strategic initiatives across the Group’s countries of presence; previously Mr. Karagiannis has held positions in Retail, Wealth Management and Investment Advisory. In his new role, he will be overseeing all sectors and functions of the Group.

Commenting on Mr. Karagiannis’ appointment, Mr. Dimitris Zeritis and Mr. Georgios Zeritis, Co-Heads of Business Development at Zeritis Group and sons of Mr. Panos Zeritis said:

“After conducting a thorough analysis of our priorities and targets, we have decided to promote Mr. Karagiannis to the position of Group CEO.
