Committed to its corporate plan for expansion, Zeritis Group signed on April 13th 2017 a 6-year lease contract for its Iera Odos office and warehouse property in Egaleo, with G.P. Products S.A. G.P. Products was founded in 1958 and sells hairdressing, beauty and cosmetic products through the wholesale and retail channels. The company’s products are addressed to hairdresser salons and beauty spas, as well as to individuals for their own use.
The lease is set to commence on June 1st 2017, following the closure of a four-year lease with Technomat S.A. for a commercial property on the same plot. Konstantinos Karagiannis, CFO at Zeritis Group, commented: “The 6-year lease signed is a further example of the breadth and depth of long-term partnerships that Zeritis Group aims to establish via its real estate arm. This lease highlights the fact that the real estate market in Greece is picking up and that for an investor friendly price a deal can always be worked through.”
