On October 12th 2018, Zeritis Group leased in Nea Erythraia 3,074 m2 of warehouse space and its 2,898 m2 logistics center, one of the tallest buildings in the northern suburbs of Athens, to Prime Logistics. Prime Logistics is a prominent Greek company providing high quality logistics, repackaging and distribution services. The company aims to invest in the asset and utilize the space as a distribution hub for consumer products of multinational companies.
Dimitris Zeritis and Georgios Zeritis, Co-Heads of Business Development at Zeritis Group commented: “The deal with Prime Logistics is a strategic choice that aims at improving the asset’s infrastructure, so that it is in line with the standards of multinational FMCG companies. This is the third tenancy agreement that has been signed for the plot; with occupancy rates on the high side, the target now is to improve the service offered to tenants via efficient property management and eventually increase the yield earned on the asset.“
